hopefully eventually vodafone full fibre 500 will be available, which is £32pm, or £10.67pppm with three people.
utilities
i can only estimate averages without knowing exactly what the providers are, and how much we'll use. average electricity price is 35p/kWh, and 2000kWhpa for a medium flat, which is £700pa, £58.33pm, and £19.44pppm.
the average gas price is 10p/kWh, and the average usage is 8,000kWhpa, so that's £800pa, £66.67pm, and £22.22pppm.
approximate water usage for us would be around 76m^3pa, so with southern water prices, that's probably just under £400pa, £33.33pm, and £11.11pppm.
council tax
the council tax bands for eastbourne this year are here. and i can't say how much that'll be until we have a place. there's a 50% alex discount on top of that to consider too.
so the provisional monthly total each is £396.44 before council tax
