nhk news web easy - reading articles on nhk is a good way to practice reading, this one's specifically for kids and has furigana, but you could also just use the main nhk website or naver matome or something like that too
botsan - reading practise
you might want to change your browser encoding to japanese for botsan
okijiten - kanji meanings
okjiten is entirely in japanese but with rikaichan or the like and basic grammar knowledge it's still navigable
verb conjugation
quick grammar explanations - THIS ONE IS VERY FUCKING GOOD
old japanese textbooks - the older ones are usually better
genki's fine and all, as with minna no nihongo, but the older ones are generally written by people who know more than just two languages, so instead of trying to relate japanese language features directly to english ones that don't completely map onto eachother, they actually understand the concepts in Language Learning Terms and get the point across better
the memrise thread i got a lot of these later links from, has good info on it
punipuni - good for kids and beginners but it's very basic and clearly aimed at younger people in style
